The Challenge
The Italian multi-utility provider needed to improve the efficiency and consistency of its tender evaluation process. Manual analysis made it difficult to maintain a uniform evaluation approach while ensuring complete traceability of the decision-making process. Leadership sought a solution capable of accelerating document review, supporting evidence-based evaluations, and reinforcing procurement governance without replacing the expertise and judgment of evaluation teams.
