Digital Supplier Qualification for a Telecommunications Infrastructure Operator

Thanks to Rise Technologies, Inwit strengthened supplier qualification through an automated validation platform — improving compliance, reducing manual verification effort, and enabling more consistent and traceable assessment processes.

The Challenge

Leading telecommunications infrastructure operator, Inwit needed to digitize and reinforce its supplier qualification and control processes, where procurement teams were required to collect, review, and validate extensive documentation and supplier information.

The assessment process involved manually consulting multiple sources and cross-referencing declared data with supporting evidence, increasing the time and effort required to complete each evaluation. The organization required a more structured and scalable control framework capable of improving the reliability of supplier assessments while strengthening compliance, governance, and process traceability.

Our Approach

Rise Technologies chose the Vendor Validator module within the M4P – Mashfrog for Procurement suite, introducing automated document and information checks throughout the supplier qualification process. The solution connects supplier-declared data with additional information sources, enabling procurement teams to verify its consistency and reliability through a more standardized and governed workflow.

  • Digitized the collection, reading, and validation of information required for supplier qualification
  • Automated document consultation and evidence cross-referencing, reducing the burden of manual verification activities
  • Introduced standardized control criteria to improve the quality and uniformity of supplier assessments
  • Configured a flexible validation model capable of adapting the depth and type of controls to different supplier profiles and levels of criticality
  • Established a more robust and traceable qualification framework, strengthening compliance, operational efficiency, and confidence in the overall evaluation process
